Day 2

Okay, I've made it to day two...phew! I am right now in the middle of cooking potatoes for mashing to bring to our church's Thanksgiving potluck. We do it every year on the first Sunday in November. I can't wait! YUM YUM YUM! I love Thanksgiving food - the diet starts tomorrow!
